鯛は日本では縁起物。
波は[青海波]（せいがいは）と言われ、永遠に続く未来を意味しています。
小皿は鮑（あわび）の形。
鮑は長生きなので、不老長寿を意味します。
This is a Japanese traditional sweet, “Wasanbon”.
Wasanbon is kind of sugar.
It melts in your mouth milder than other sugars and the taste is light.
Red Snapper is good luck charm in Japan.
Waves are called “Seigaiha”.
It means the eternal future.
A small plate is shaped like an abalone.
As abalone lives long, it means youth and longevity.
